Key Responsibilities
-Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
-Guide children though developmental milestones using play-based learning
-Plan and lead age-appropriate activities and lessons
-Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times
-Communicate effectively with parents and team members
-Maintain a clean, organized classroom
-Follow all licensing and safety regulations
Required Skills:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Passion for working with children
-Strong communication and teamwork skills
-Reliable, patient, and positive attitude
Preferred Skills:
-Previous child care or early education experience
-CPR/First Aid certification
-Early Childhood Education coursework or certifications
