Child Care Partnership
Child Care Partnership (CCP) is a non-profit organization serving Western Wisconsin as both a Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) Agency and a Family Resource Center (FRC). We are funded through a diverse network of support, including the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families, the Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board, United Way organizations, local foundations, and private donations. CCP is proud to be part of Thriving Wisconsin, the statewide network working to build strong families and communities.
Our mission is rooted in the Protective Factors Framework, a strength-based, research-informed approaching focusing on prevention of child abuse and neglect. We support parents, caregivers, and early childhood professionals by recognizing the critical role they play in a child’s development. By providing resources, education, and meaningful connections, we help build resilient families and strong communities where children are safe, supported, and able to thrive.
Our services are open to all families and caregivers in the community, with no income requirements. All participating providers we serve are regulated by the State of Wisconsin, a local county agency, or the Ho-Chunk Nation.

 CCP is a program of Western Dairyland EOC located at 418 Wisconsin St, Eau Claire, WI 54703.
Child Care Partnership Resource & Referral serves Buffalo, Chippewa, Dunn, Eau Claire, Jackson, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, St. Croix and Trempealeau Counties and the Ho-Chunk Nation.
Our Family Resource Program serves parents and caregivers in Buffalo and Pepin Counties. You can find our Family Resource Center at 309 3rd Ave W, Durand, WI 54736.
Our Child & Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) proudly serves Barron, Buffalo, Burnett, Chippewa, Clark, Dunn, Eau Claire, Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, Rusk, St. Croix, Sawyer, Trempealeau, Washburn and Vernon Counties and the Ho-Chunk Nation.
