Part-Time Assistant
Location: Learning 4 Life Family Child Care (Chippewa Falls)
Description: Learning 4 Life is seeking a caring and dependable Assistant to support our family child care program. The Assistant will take the lead on daily child care tasks, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. The program owner will be present to assist and guide as needed. As trust and experience grow, this role may expand to include additional hours and responsibilities, including independent leadership during program hours.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support daily routines and child care activities
- Create a positive, caring, and engaging environment for children
- Assist with meal prep, cleanup, and transitions
- Support the program's mission of fostering connection and lifelong learning
- Maintain a safe and organized space.
Required Skills:
- Pass required background check and meet Registry training requirements
Preferred Skills:
- Foundational child care courses and current CPR/First Aid are a bonus
