Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens. Should you need to cancel your registration, you may substitute someone to take your place, at any time, at no cost to you.
If we cancel a class, we’ll give you a choice between receiving your money back in full or receiving a credit for a future training to take place within one year.

What should you do if…
Your class is 14 or more days away:
You may transfer once to any training within one year.
If you have to cancel, you will receive a refund, minus a 20% administrative fee.

Your class is less than 14 days away:
You may transfer once to any training within one year.
If you cancel, you will not receive a refund.
If you are registered and do not attend the class, you are responsible for the full fee and will not receive a refund if you have already paid.

Substitution, refund, or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to Child Care Partnership, 418 Wisconsin St, Eau Claire WI 54703 or by email to becca.elbert@wdeoc.org.

Join us for an exciting book study to learn more about The Pyramid Model for Promoting Social Emotional Competence in Infants and Young Children or refresh your memory of skills you learned in a previous training.

During this book study, you will have the opportunity to think about the strengths and areas for consideration of your program and discuss Pyramid Model practices to try out or do differently to reduce challenging behaviors and improve the quality of your program.

Except from the forward of Unpacking the Pyramid Model:
The strategies included in this book will become a lifeline for early childhood educators seeking strategies to promote positive behaviors, reduce early childhood suspensions and expulsions, and replace ineffective disciplinary practices. This book is a MUST for every early childhood educator who might have struggled to help a child with challenging behavior and did not know how or an educator who wanted to teach social-emotional skills during daily classroom activities and routines. This book is chock full of ideas that every early childhood teacher will want to read, for each chapter contains ideas that can be implemented easily the next day.

You will receive 6 hours of Registry credit.

You must attend all sessions: 4/3, 4/17, 5/1 and 5/15 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
