Shaping young minds by supporting their caregivers!

Child Care Partnership is a program of Western Dairyland EOC and member agency of Thriving Wisconsin - Wisconsin's network of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies and Family Resource Centers.

Our mission is to partner with and support parents and caregivers by creating a greater understanding of their important role and the positive impact they have on the lives of children. We strive to strengthen families and communities through support, resources, and guidance through a strengthened-based approach.

Parents

We work with parents and/or caregivers to find child care, evaluate child care options, and provide resources including payment assistance.

Providers

We provide one-on-one support for individuals interested in starting a child care & to regulated child care programs, continuing education opportunities, the CACFP for family child care programs, and more!

Community

We are the local experts and hold vital child care data for communities to best support children, families, and local economies.

Family Resources

We work with parents and caregivers in Buffalo & Pepin Counties to build on their strengths, foster confidence, and deepen connections with their children during fun, hands-on activities!

Our services are available to the entire community; there are no income guidelines. CCP is funded by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families, Thriving Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board and other state and local entities. CCP is a non-profit joint Child Care Resource and Referral Agency (CCR&R) and Family Resource Center (FRC) serving Western Wisconsin.
