Pyramid Model for Developmental Social Emotional Competence
The Wisconsin Pyramid Model for Supporting Social Emotional Competence in Infants and Young Children is a framework to promote the social emotional well-being of children birth to age five.
The Pyramid Model Training gives you: Increased understanding of children's behavior and how to support changes in your program. New strategies to increase the effectiveness of your work with children and families. 24 hours of continuing education units (CEUs) and opportunity to earn optional YoungStar points.

The Pyramid Model training examines why professional development in social emotional competence is important to children, families, and teachers/caregivers. This training will present strategies that can help reduce children's challenging behavior in child care settings.
*For group center participants, this training is best suited for a "team" of staff members and director to attend.

This training will be 9/25, 10/23, 11/27, 1/22/19, 2/26, 3/26, 4/23 & 5/7 from 6-9 pm; 24 hours total. You must attend all sessions.
